Exciting Announcement: as of April 1st, 2025, Northstar EAP will become ESI EAP. This change brings many new opportunities and benefits for you, all employees, and their families. Our team is eager to continue supporting you on your EAP journey.

 

Through this transition, the goal is to make this as easy as possible. 

There is an additional step to take for your EAP service at this time -this is only required one time:

 

  • Starting April 1st, or following that date, please call 1-800-252-4555 to access EAP sessions. You can also call for questions or more information about the updated offerings.

     

  • Continuing Clients who are currently using EAP Sessions -you will need to fill out a new intake form (on or after April 1, 2025 to continue EAP services) found here: https://esi.eapintake.com/
