Promoting mental health in the workplace is crucial for both the well-being of employees and the overall success of a company. It’s also an important role played by many more employees than just the HR Director. Human Resources Pros play a large part in correct culture and encouraging best practice, but it takes a team to make it real.

With a focus on some many points of simply opening your doors and operating a business, there is a lot to consider and address. We may be bias, but at Northstar but we know if you treat your people well, your business will do well and so we like to focus first on your people and their mental well being and how that relates to a positive and efficient work environment.
