HR is fun!
And we love it. We love everything about the role, the position, the people. And they love people! Ask any person working in Human Resources why they started in this profession, and they will say, "I love helping people." At Northstar our team is a mix. We have HR gurus, mental health professionals, crisis specialists, event managers, team builders, operational experts, career coaches and administrative helpers. We are SHRM members and provide CEU hours.
